YOGA THERAPY
Virtual and In Person
A personalized approach to health and wellness that uses the principles and practices of yoga to help address specific physical, mental and emotional conditions. Unlike general yoga classes, which are often designed for overall fitness and relaxation, yoga therapy focuses on the individual tailoring each session to the needs and goals of each client.


MONTHLY MEDITATION GROUP
Virtual on 2nd Tuesday of Each Month
Meditation is always preceded by breath work (pranayama) and some form of gentle yoga postures (asana). We also explore hand mudras (to stimulate acupressure points) and sound healing (chimes, mantras and chanting) as well as various meditation techniques including Yoga Nidra and the iRest (Integrative Restoration Institute) protocol which is approved for and recognized as a CAM for use within the VA Hospital system and various treatment facilities. Each evening ends with a 45-50 minute guided meditation.

SMALL GROUP YOGA
In Person Classes
LaMor teaches many format of yoga (Yin, Restorative, Seniors/Chair, Adaptive, Prenatal, Vinyasa Flow, Power and the classes based on the set series of 26 postures. Classes can be designed for corporate wellness, special events (such as pre-wedding relaxation and teacher appreciation week) as well as small groups with similar medical conditions.
AYURVEDA LIFESTYLE COACHING
In Person or Virtual
A holistic approach to health and well-being based on the principles of Ayurveda, the sister science of Yoga which is an ancient system of medicine that originated in India over 5.000 years ago. Ayurveda principles help us to live inharmony with nature, the seasons of the year, and the seasons of our life.
