About LaMor


LaMor Clements is a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT 900-hour), Trauma-informed E-RYT-500, Continuing Education Provider (YACEP), Meditation Facilitator, Ayurveda Lifestyle Coach, and Personal Trainer (ACE). LaMor blends these modalities in curating an individual plan for you to apply a yogic approach to healthy living or in resuming a healthy and fit lifestyle after illness and injury. She has been providing yoga, meditation, fitness training and yoga therapy in private and group settings since 2007.

LaMor has studied in the USA and India and is graduate of the Yoga Awareness of Cancer Program at Duke University’s Center for Integrative Medicine; a Level 1 graduate of the Integrative Restoration Institute’s iRest® Yoga Nidra program; and a graduate of the HearthMath® Clinical Certification for Stress, Anxiety, and Self-Regulation.

For over eight year, LaMor has led a monthly meditation gathering (both in person and virtual); has facilitated a monthly Breast Cancer Thrivers fitness and yoga program for over ten years; and has had the opportunity to work with individuals and small groups such as the Wounded Warriors Project supporting military veterans with adaptive yoga and meditation, Livestrong at the Y® cancer survivor fitness program, functional fitness and wellness for active older adults, and has developed and implemented yoga therapy protocols for conditions such as PTSD/TBI, Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, Stroke and physical ailments such as hip/knee replacements, lower back pain, and stress reduction.
LaMor’s vision is to provide clients and students with tools for health at any age and stage of life, blending many modalities in curating an individual plan for applying a yogic approach to healthy living, healthy healing, and in resuming a healthy and fit lifestyle after illness and injury.
She also consults as a Senior Master Trainer with YogaFit Worldwide® Teacher Training School in the 200-hr, 300-hr and 100-hr Trauma-Sensitive programs and serves as mentor and faculty member of the YogaFit Worldwide® Healthcare Yoga Therapy Program.

In 2018, LaMor was honored to work with Sri Sankara Bhagavadpada and the Amanaska Yoga Program based in Chennai, India, as a panelist at the 2018 Parliament of World Religions in Toronto Canada discussing the works of Sri J. Krishnamurti and self-knowing’s importance for Inter-Religious Harmony and World Peace. She continues her own journey in self-knowing today.
